Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

UPDATE: As of April 29, 2023, all orders are final sale and the below policy no longer applies.

We happily accept returns that meet all of the following Acceptance Criteria:

  • Return & Exchange Form received within 14 calendar days of the date items are marked as delivered
  • Items are received in original, unused condition
  • Items are received in the original item packaging 
  • Items are not listed in our "Pantry" or "Scratch & Dent" collections

Items that are returned in damaged or otherwise unsellable condition will not be accepted. If this is the case, you will be contacted by someone on the HOUSE OF ASHER team with an explanation of why the returned item has not been accepted.

Exchanges

We offer free return shipping on items you would like to exchange. We will email you a prepaid label within 1 business day of receiving your Return & Exchange Form submission. We will email you a store credit within 1 business day of receiving your returned item(s), provided they meet the Acceptance Criteria above.

Returns

We will email you a return label within 1 business day of receiving your Return & Exchange Form submission and will deduct the $10 cost of return shipping from your refund. If you wish to pay your own shipping costs, please indicate this on the Return & Exchange Form. You will receive an email notification of your refund within 1 business day of receiving your returned item(s), provided the item(s) meet the Acceptance Criteria above.

We do not accept returns of "Pantry" or "Scratch & Dent" items. Furniture items are only eligible for return if they are received damaged or defective.

Refunds

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Most refunds will be available to you within 10 business days of receiving your refund confirmation. If you have received a refund confirmation from HOUSE OF ASHER, but have not received a credit to your original payment method, please contact your bank directly to resolve the issue.
