How long does order processing take?
All orders, except furniture items (see next FAQ), are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of the time you place your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
How long does order processing take for furniture items?
Most furniture items are special ordered in your finish of choice and may take 6-8 weeks to ship, with an additional 7-10 business days in transit to you. We will contact you via email with an estimated ship date within 3 business days of your order. Once you are provided with an estimated ship date, you will have 3 business days to cancel your order or it will be considered approved and you will not be able to cancel after this time.
What does shipping cost?
- Free economy shipping automatically applied to orders with a subtotal of $200+
Where does HOUSE OF ASHER ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States and Washington D.C. We are not currently shipping to APO/FPO/DPO locations.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Orders ship 1-3 business days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information to become available.
I haven’t received my order. What do I do?
Check the tracking information in the shipping notification email you were sent. If you believe your package may have been lost by the carrier, please open a case with the carrier or notify us at the Report An Issue page.
My order arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please complete the quick form at the Report An Issue page within 7 calendar days of the date your order is delivered. Once approved, we'll send you a fresh new item at no charge and will cover any costs of return shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it ships. Please email support@houseofasherstore.com with your order number and specify which items you wish to cancel.

What does it mean that your shipping is carbon neutral?
HOUSE OF ASHER purchases carbon credits that offset the impact of every package we ship by funding the Acapa - Bajo Mira y Frontera Forest Conservation Project in Colombia through Pachama.
Do you use eco-friendly shipping materials?
We do! All of our shipping materials (except our tape for the moment) are recyclable and/or biodegradable and/or compostable. We're very proud of this and have all of the details listed on our Packaging page.
